Refund Policy

Overview

vdowrx subscriptions are billed in advance. All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. As required by applicable law and Paddle's terms, certain statutory refund and withdrawal rights apply depending on your country of residence — these are described below and take precedence over our standard policy.

Standard refund window

We offer discretionary refunds within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase, reviewed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible:

  • You must request the refund within 14 days of the charge.
  • You have submitted fewer than 10 minutes of video for processing.

To request a refund, contact billing@vdowrx.ai with your account email, charge date, and reason. Outside of the circumstances described on this page, subscription charges are non-refundable.

Statutory rights by jurisdiction

Where required by local law, you have the following unconditional rights regardless of our standard policy. These apply to your first subscription payment only unless noted.

If you are in a jurisdiction not listed above, your statutory consumer rights under local law still apply. Contact billing@vdowrx.ai and we will advise accordingly.

Other grounds for a full refund

Regardless of the above windows, we will issue a full refund of your most recent charge if:

  • The Service experienced a verified outage exceeding 24 consecutive hours during your billing period.
  • A billing error resulted in you being charged an incorrect amount.

Non-refundable situations

  • Processing minutes already consumed during the billing period
  • Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Charges more than 60 days old (except where required by applicable law)
  • Cases involving evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behaviour
  • Subsequent subscription renewal payments (except UK annual renewals and statutory rights above)

How refunds are processed

Email billing@vdowrx.ai with:

  • The email address on your account
  • The date of the charge
  • Your country of residence (for jurisdiction-specific claims)
  • The reason for your request

Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible and processed within 14 days of approval. Your access to the Service ceases upon refund. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in temporary suspension of your account.

Merchant of record

All payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our merchant of record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and applicable tax collection on our behalf. Refunds are issued through Paddle.
